Good morning my fellow obsessions into the deep!
We start our week with a daily journal practise! But don't insult me by thinking it’s ‘just’ another journal practise! We will go into the core values of your human being and will start to see where we leak our power. Magic is real, and spelling (spells) is a big part of the power we have as an human. Watch the video before you begin and bind yourself to the promise of being your own creator.
Don't ignore this video! To make this week extraordinary!
Week 1: The Words I Speak Create My Reality
Day 1: Take three deep breaths before we begin!
What is my inner language?
Write down the words and phrases you use when talking to yourself—especially in moments of struggle. Write down where you feel it in your body, and how would you describe this feeling?
Where did I learn to speak to myself this way? Who spoke to me like this first? Dive into time and follow the thread of the feeling into the first memory you have. The body is made to memorize everything, and the attachment of ‘then’ is alive in the ‘now’
How does this language shape my emotions and actions?
GOOD JOB!
You made the first brave step into looking deeper in the patterns that unconsciously drive your system. Let go of your pen and shake your hands loose. Gift yourself a special experience (magical tea, smelling a flower, listening to a empowering song etc.)
Day 2: Take Three deep breaths before you begin.
The spell of my name
What does my name mean to me?
How do I feel and where do I feel it when I hear someone say my name with love versus indifference? Is there even a difference?
What words did i use describing myself, what do they mean to me and how does it make me feel?
What name (or words) would truly capture my essence if I could name myself today? How can I use words to rebrand my idear of me that is attached to my name?
GOOD JOB!
You made the second brave step into looking deeper in the patterns that unconsciously drive your system. Let go of your pen and shake your hands loose. Gift yourself a special experience (magical tea, smelling a flower, listening to a empowering song etc.)
Day 3: The weight of my words. Take three deep breaths before you begin.
Recall a moment when words deeply hurt me (it could be spoken by another of by yourself). What made them so powerful? Where did I feel them? And what meaning did I attach to the words? Is it still relevant?
Recall a moment when words deeply empowered me. What made them so transformative? Where did I feel them? And what do the words mean to me?
How do I want my words to land on others? How do I want to use my voice moving forward?
GOOD JOB!
You made the third brave step into looking deeper in the patterns that unconsciously drive your system. Let go of your pen and shake your hands loose. Gift yourself a special experience (magical tea, smelling a flower, listening to a empowering song etc.)
Day 4: Unspoken truths. Take three deep breaths before you begin.
What words have I been afraid to say out loud? To myself? To others? Where do i feel the stagnation? Why do this words hurt me? What is the source of my pain? Is it me? Of the truth of others?
What is one truth I can write down today, just for me? Write down whatever comes to mind first. It doens’t need to be deep, of special. Even when the meaning is now lost on you, it will come back when the time is right. Remember, with this practise you CAN NOT GO WRONG
How would my life shift if I dared to voice this truth? Can you make it into a affirmation? Are you ready to write it down on a post-it and hang it somewhere in your house?
GOOD JOB!
You made the fourth brave step into looking deeper in the patterns that unconsciously drive your system. Let go of your pen and shake your hands loose. Gift yourself a special experience (magical tea, smelling a flower, listening to a empowering song etc.)
Day 5: Rewriting my narrative. Take three deep breaths before you begin.
Choose one sentence that keeps repeating in my mind (e.g., I’m not good enough, I always mess things up).
Where did this belief come from? Whose voice does it sound like?
Rewrite this sentence into a new, powerful statement that reflects the truth of who I am. Consciously choose to shift this with the power of repeating. I want you to put an alarm that wil go 10 times a day that will remind you of this new core believe that we are building!
YOU DID IT!! I want you to celebrate your braveness! What does that look like for you? Taking yourself on a coffee date? Dancing on your favorite song? Making your favorite dinner? Buying yourself flower? This weekend is the time to integrate, so we will REST!

You every day!
What you will be needing for next week:
A mirror. Take one in the house that will now be ‘THE MIRROR OF TRUTH.’ Place it at a space that will be for now on: THE SPACE OF WORSHIP. It will be your altar for the unforeseeable future. You may decorate it how ever you want. Make it pretty. Make it holy. Make it save. Make it special for you.
I can’t wait to meet you there!!
I love to have feedback how you experienced the first week! Don't be shy to reach out by replying on the email! I will read them all!
Thank you so much for choosing you!
