DAY 3: Move With Your Reflection on Delicious music

Goal: Become the movement with self-observation to break the idear of being stuck and reconnect with the flow that is you! You simply can NOT be stuck, even when the brain wants you to believe this. You are FOREVER moving like the particles that you are excisting of. The only thing we want to teach our beloved human system is that we can TAP into this experience. Becoming free within ourselves is letting the idear of being stuck (I am not good enough, I am too ashamed, what would they think of me etc) MOVE through us by being with it. Move with it. Moving with your image in the mirror is freeing. Moving the energy before it creates a fight/flight/freeze is freeing. Starting to recognize the space is freeing.

Do you struggle with shame that moving must ‘look good,’ or at least a certain way? Even when your dancing just for you? Action:

Set the Space – Stand or sit in front of your worship mirror with enough room to move freely. Maybe light some candles or incense. Wear clothes where you feel comfortable in, sensual, or colorful. It depends all of the moment you want to create for yourself. The music will anchor you into a new state.

Press Play – Use the playlist above that i created for you and let the music guide you. Are you familiar with this practise and you have playlist of your own you can also use that! Be open for surprises, be open for movement, be open for you.

Start Slow – Begin with small movements—rolling your shoulders, swaying your hips, stretching your arms, moving your neck, your fingers, your toes... Breathe and FEEL FEEL FEEL FEEL…

Observe even when there is Judgment – Notice how you instinctively want to move. If resistance or self-consciousness comes up, acknowledge it but keep moving. You can do it! I am sure. Fuck it when it feels cringe. You are worth it!

Let Go – Gradually allow yourself to get lost in the rhythm, in the lyrics. If you feel the urge to make eye contact with yourself, do it. If you want to close your eyes, do that too. Follow what feels natural. Stop whenever you want, but allowed yourself at least three songs or 7 minutes on the timer. We need some time to be absorbed. Continue to come back to this practise!

Why it matters:

  • Movement disrupts stuck emotional patterns and reclaims body awareness.

  • Seeing yourself move without external validation rewires self-perception.

  • It builds confidence in self-expression without needing to "perform" for anyone.
