Today we will step into forgiveness of your self;

You made promises. Some out loud. Some whispered only to yourself: "I’ll stop saying yes when I mean no." "I’ll finally choose myself." "I’ll rest before I burn out again."

And then... life. Fear. Old patterns. You forgot, you pretended to forget. Or you pushed it off. Or maybe you never believed you’d really do it, ‘cause the past is full of promises that never got born into real life. SO WE ARE GOING TO CHANGE THIS

Today is not about judgment. It’s about getting honest— so you can start again.

Your practice:

1. Make a list of the things you said you’d do for yourself… and never did. Big or small. WRITE IT WRITE IT WRITE WRITE WRITE IT. Let’s go healing bitches

2. Take a breath after each one. No shame. Just truth.

3. Stripe down all the things that are NOT important anymore for the ‘you-that-is-now.’ DELETE THEM and at the same time recognize how many unimportant shit we hold in our body is we are not revisit it.

4. Take a careful look at the promises that are important and you want to bring back to life. Choose the one that you will do this month. And those the ones that are now too big so can you write them on your next month list.. And away we go!

5. You are welcome! And yes this is a practise that will continue to come back in your life! Because you are worth it!

Not because you have to be perfect. But because keeping your word to you is how you rebuild trust. AND TRUST IS THE BASIC OF BEING ABLE TO CARRY PLEASURE, JOY AND REST!! Don't forget to celebrate yourself fiercely things weekend. Take yourself out dancing, or lunch, of spring walk through the blossoming park. Wear your most gorgeous outfit, and wair it for yourself! Walk like you are the woman that is loved already! Because FUCK YES!
